This taco soup is delicious and makes great leftovers! We love topping it with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb ground turkey
- 1 Medium onion
- 15oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 15oz can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies
- 15oz can of black beans (undrained)
- 15oz can of pinto beans (undrained)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
Optional
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- tortilla chips
Directions
Step 1 | |
Brown the turkey and onion. | |

Add to pot with remaining ingredients. | |

Cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes. | |
