This taco soup is delicious and makes great leftovers! We love topping it with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb ground turkey
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 15oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 15oz can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies
  • 15oz can of black beans (undrained)
  • 15oz can of pinto beans (undrained)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix

Optional

  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1
Brown the turkey and onion.
Step 2
Add to pot with remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy.
